2. Use of the Ticketing System

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Ticketing System. By using the system, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

To purchase tickets, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You, especially event organisers, agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3. Ticket Purchases

11.2 Event Creation and Management

11.2.1. You are solely responsible for creating and managing your events, including setting ticket prices, determining capacity, and providing accurate event details.

11.2.2. You warrant that you have all necessary rights, licences, and permissions to organise and host your events.

11.2.3. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to event organisation and ticket sales.

11.3 Pricing and Fees

11.3.1. You may set your own ticket prices, subject to any minimums or maximums we may impose.

11.3.2. We charge a service fee for use of our Ticketing System. This fee will be clearly communicated to you and may be updated from time to time.

11.3.3. You are responsible for all taxes related to your ticket sales, except for taxes on our service fees.

11.4 Payment Processing and Payouts

11.8.1. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display your event information and related content for the purpose of promoting your events and our services.

11.8.2. You warrant that your event information and related content do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

11.9 Termination

11.9.1. We may terminate or suspend your organiser account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

11.9.2. Upon termination, your right to use the Ticketing System will immediately cease.

11.10 Disputes with Ticket Buyers

11.10.1. You are responsible for handling all disputes with ticket buyers related to your events.

11.10.2. We may, at our discretion, mediate disputes between you and ticket buyers. You agree to cooperate fully with our mediation efforts.
